Revealed by the New York Times, this ambitious project benefits from a colossal $6.2 billion in funding, making it one of the best-funded startups in the world from its inception, with a direct and substantial contribution from Bezos himself.
Bezos is not embarking on this venture alone. He shares the co-CEO role with Vik Bajaj, a renowned physicist and chemist who cut his teeth at Google X alongside Sergey Brin.
