Synaptiks becomes Dotika!!!
Hi Synaptician Dotikers!
Ten months ago, we launched Synaptiks (yes yes, that gem of a newsletter 😉). Since then, a growing desire to transform our passion for AI into something concrete has never left us; from this desire we announce today the creation of Dotika.ai! We operate on four pillars: access to information (Dotika Insight), training (Dotika Campus), strategy (Dotika Advisory) and development (Dotika Delivery).
Our ambition: simple - effective - to become the AI leaders in Luxembourg in less than 18 months; well that's the marketing pitch, between us we say 12 😉
Why are we doing this?
Because for 10 years AI has RADICALLY changed our way of working and these recent years everything is accelerating even faster.
We have FAILED, a lot, and that's how we learn, so you don't have to...
We also want to create a company with ZERO POLITICS, with ultra-super-mega motivated people who eat AI, sleep AI, dream AI... ;)
How we do it:
Hardcore: no one below 150%, we play to win, with a competitive spirit while knowing that life is beautiful.
Bias for action: 80% of information is enough to act.
No consensus: we've never seen an average strictly greater than the maximum (sorry we come from math...).
Making you autonomous: if you no longer need us, you'll come back to work with us.
Telling you what we think, not what you want to hear.
Don't panic! Your newsletter continues as usual, and even much better than usual.
